Join Sam Berg in a workshop designed to help you build strength and true engagement of the core.
Just because you have a muscle,
it doesn't mean you know how to use it.
If you have been struggling with arm balances, inversions, and holding Chaturangas, this workshop is for you.
The workshop will start with a strength-building practice, followed by mini drills and cool asanas.

THE KONASANA
(“kO-nA-sa-na”)
In this workshop, Sam Berg will explore the practice from all different angles, so you can find the sacred angles of your practice, in other words, the geometry of the asanas!

It's through proper alignment that one
can truly benefit from the postures.
(In Sanskrit the word “kona” means “angle”;
and it’s pronounced “kO-nA-sa-na”.
